The Role
The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing ClickTecs’ existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively foster and manage the success of ClickTecs’ clients.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction, increase customer retention, and up-sell and or cross-sell existing accounts.
- Be the customer’s first point of contact, serving as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
- Create, assign, and schedule tasks for team of digital marketers, web developers, designers and content writers using project tools such as basecamp
- Take a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve their marketing goals.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members to ensure deliverables are on time.
- Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members.
- You will help to identify and resolve challenges with digital marketing campaigns working with client and our development and marketing team.
- Customer Satisfaction Follow Up calls/emails
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, keyword research, ad copy, banner designs and optimize user experience
- Communicate with Clients for Upcoming Deliverables / Deadlines via online systems (basecamp and Freshdesk) as well as on the phone and email in a professional and business friendly manner
- Escalate any change orders/client requests to Digital Marketing Manager or any other member of the team as required using a ticketing system or project tracking system
- Project coordination with overseas team and clients to help progress the project
- Track activity and publishing schedule using online project management software and tracking tools
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, Gotomeeting, Microsoft Teams, Web Conferencing Tools
- Working Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC)
- Passion for delivering great service to clients.
- Technology Savvy
- Comfortable working across departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Post-secondary degree in Computers and Communication and Marketing
- Project coordination experience considered an asset
